45-minute Class (ages 10 – 18). Our youth program is a year-round program to help youth build a lifelong foundation for fitness. For young athletes, we train for in-season and off-season and adjust loading and volume as need as long as the parents or athlete are letting us know their current goals. While one time per week is not ideal, we also realize that schedules get busy, and even coming one time per week can help maintain good moving patterns to help reduce injury in sports and life. Therefore, for the periods of life that the schedule will not allow more time, this program is designed to help accommodate your needs but not lose the progress your child has made.
